Now Hiring — Bainbridge Island, WA
Experienced
Physical Therapy Assistant
About Us
Fiziologix PT is one of Bainbridge Island's most trusted and celebrated physical therapy clinics — voted among the best in the area multiple times and still raising the bar. We've built something rare: a practice where exceptional clinical care, patient experience, and clinician wellbeing all coexist. Our clinic's success stems from our perfected approach to patient care — designing personalized health plans that, when followed, consistently exceed patient expectations.
Our clients don't just show up to recover — they choose us because they're ready to commit. They trust the process, actively participate in their healing, and as a result, recover faster than average. We don't convince people to get better; our clients arrive motivated, engaged, and eager to do the work. That culture of dual commitment — ours to exceptional care, theirs to the process — is reflected in our outcomes, our reputation, and the loyalty of the community we serve. We serve both insurance and cash-based patients, making high-quality rehabilitation accessible to our entire community. Our patient population is focused on active adults and athletes — people who are serious about getting back to doing what they love, and who deserve a clinician who matches that energy. Our vision is clear — to be the gold standard for physical therapy and wellness on Bainbridge Island and beyond.
The Opportunity
This isn't a clock-in, execute, clock-out kind of role. We're looking for a PTA who shows up as a true clinical partner — someone who brings curiosity, creativity, and genuine care to every session. You'll work alongside our physical therapists to bring treatment plans to life, contributing your own insight and instincts along the way. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love learning, and find satisfaction in the details that make the difference between good care and great care — this is your kind of clinic.
For the right clinician, the opportunity goes even further. We actively encourage our providers to broaden their skills and leverage their unique strengths and interests — whether that means co-designing personalized group rehabilitation classes, contributing to web-based programs, or supporting specialty offerings that serve our community in new ways. These initiatives come with additional commission and revenue sharing, rewarding clinicians who bring creativity and commitment to everything they do.
