APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
When we schedule your Rehab, Strength Training or Coaching sessions, our system will send timely reminders, updates and notifications about your appointments with ample time to cancel or make changes if needed.

First emergency cancellation within less than 48 hrs from your appointment is on us. Life happens, and we understand emergencies happen and you might need to cancel last minute. Let us know as soon as possible that you won’t be able to make your appointment so that we can adjust your therapeutic or training schedule and also accommodate other clients.

We are a private, single PT/Coaching clinic, cancellations not only directly affect our clients but also affect our ability to run our clinic effectively and efficiently.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellation in 48 hours or more: No Fee
Cancellation fee in less than 48 hours: $150
No-show fee: $235
Exceptions to our policy are made for documented, medical emergencies.

In order to accommodate all of our clients who are eager to heal and get back to doing what they love, and to avoid waiting lists (like the ones at other clinics), we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointments as soon as possible and in no less than 48 hours to help us fill your spot, avoid scheduling gaps and to avoid cancellation fees.

We thank you for your understanding and are rooting for your successful recovery so you can get back to doing what you love! We are committed to your rehab and strength training.
