APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

When we schedule your Rehab, Strength Training, Male Pelvic Floor PT or Laser Treatments, our system will send timely reminders, updates and notifications about your appointment with ample time to cancel or make changes if needed. Please refer to your intake forms for late cancellation fees or inquire with us directly. For best and fastest results, it is important that you attend all of your booked sessions.

Emergency cancellations within less than 48 hrs from your appointment must have a doctors note. Let us know as soon as possible that you won’t be able to make your appointment so that we can adjust your therapeutic or training schedule and also accommodate other clients.

We are a small clinic, cancellations not only directly affect our clients but also affect our ability to operate, stay open and run our clinic effectively and efficiently for our community.

We also charge a no-show fee. Our sessions are 1-on-1 with a sr. therapist, when you book an appointment but forget to cancel, unfortunately we are unable to rebook and see another patient.

Exceptions to our policy are made for documented, medical emergencies.

In order to accommodate all of our clients who are eager to heal and get back to doing what they love, and to avoid waiting lists (like the ones at other clinics), we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointments as soon as possible and in no less than 48 hours to help us fill your spot, avoid scheduling gaps and to avoid cancellation fees.

We thank you for your understanding and are rooting for your successful recovery so you can get back to doing what you love! We are committed to your rehab and strength training.

We donate at least 10% of our no-show fees to charities.
