The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic, recently licensed physical therapist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong clinical foundation in a supportive, high-caliber environment. As you grow in confidence and skill, opportunities open up to expand your role — contributing to group rehabilitation classes, web-based programs, and specialty offerings, all tied to additional commission and revenue sharing for clinicians who lean in and grow with us.

What Practice Looks Like Here

• Focused, personalized, intentional, high-impact care
• Every session is a comprehensive 1-on-1, 45–60 minutes — real time with real patients
• A varied caseload spanning hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based care, and modality-supported treatment — you bring the full toolkit
• Work under the direct guidance and mentorship of a senior physical therapist
• AI-assisted charting and automated scheduling — minimal paperwork so you can focus on learning and patient care
